Within the framework of the Third World Encounter of Mountain People, hold at Oloron Sainte-Marie (25 September-03 October 2010), the WMPA issues, in collaboration with the FPH (The Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation for Human Progress) a programme named: "Communities, territories and management of natural resources".

As a complement to the exchanges of experiences organized in BOLIVIA (April 2010), COLOMBIA (May 2010), NORTH AFRICA (MAy 2010), MADAGASCAR (June 2010), CHINA (July 2010) and in FRANCE (first six months of 2010), the World Mountain People Association is calling to exchange experiences concerning the management of natural resouces.
